Tasks Overview of responsibilities advise our customers - Premium Cardholders - on the phone and by email in German, English and Frenchprocess customer requests from the preparation of the offer to the billing of individual trips as well as in the areas of restaurant/club reservations, gift organization, tickets (sports, culture), spa/fitness, yacht, flowers, transport, sightseeing etcmake reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agenciesprepare tailor-made offers and travel documents, create itineraries, obtain visas and administrative processingmediate with passionactive sales of promotions and exclusive events Profile Your Profile have completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourismhave several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or in a travel agencyhave GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledgehave good language skills in German and English, in written and spoken; additional French or Italian of benefithave a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and cultureare service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressurehave a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group valueshave strong communication skillsvalue exceptional service and live by this mottoare available on a full-time basisFlexibility.
Ability to work shifts and weekends.
(This position is a 40-hour work week with day / evening shifts.
