As a Location HR Business Partner (f/m/d) for Busch-Jaeger Elektro at the Luedenscheid manufacturing site, you will ensure that we are excellently positioned in terms of human resources topics.
Specifically, you will guide and support leaders in the Local and Global Product Group as well supporting the Local Sales Unit on the issue of employee leadership and in relation to matters of employment law.
\n\nYou will drive the HR strategy for your area of responsibility and will have the confidence to deliver business projects (including larger ones) at a local level.

Your responsibilities Working closely with leaders to understand business drivers and implement HR priorities in the organization in line with group/ global division / function and people strategy, covering culture, people, and organization utilizing the existing HR solution portfolio or ensuring to provide new solutions where appropriate Orchestrate the HR organization to support and deliver on the defined priorities Ensuring development actions are in place to support business strategy and support business leaders by implementing the development activities Supporting leadership development and fostering good leadership culture for the organization Partner with managers and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies Counsel Managers and employees on the most effective solutions to resolve issues Acts as consultant, sparring partner, and facilitator to business leaders Responsible for all people related measures from hire to retire, compensation, labor law & collective agreements, talent management, HR systems & tools, wellbeing & occupational health, global mobility, in partnership with other HR experts locally and globally Supporting People & Culture strategy initiatives.

Your background A master\us or bachelor\us degree in a relevant field related to Human resources At least 3 years\u proven track record in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in a global & multidimensional organization Broad HR functional knowledge, e.
