Mission The position is based in Bagno a Ripoli (Firenze).
Within the Fendi Industrial Control Team, the candidate will support the team in the controlling activities through financial analyses (reporting, analysis, kpi’s and objective settings, budgeting).
She / He will cooperate in the development, coordination and implementation of the IT tools together with the maintenance of existing tools for controlling.
Main Responsibilities Monthly and yearly analysis, reporting, budgeting according to Company deadlines Monitor production/samples costs, plant Opex/Capex, production variances and margin evolution Participate in reviewing industrial Kpis dashboard Monitor raw material stock and relevant depreciation Participate to pricing session before buying campaigns in Milan/Rome Support the implementation of new controlling methodologies Maintain relationship with Industrial/Product teams, including but not limited to product development, procurement, production.
Support production processes to guarantee a clear financial view, interacting with.
Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistic, Costing depts.
Profile.
Master's Degree in Economy or in a related field is required; At least 2 years of experience in Industrial Controlling; Capability to promote team-working and collaboration among the different functions is highly recommended, good interpersonal and communication skills A high level of personal discipline and integrity is highly recommended Great analytics skills, capability of managing high volumes of data Dynamic, enthusiastic personality with a proactive approach is appreciate An “hands-on” approach together with a high commitment in respecting working deadlines are highly appreciated Excellent knowledge of excel and power point Knowledge of Stealth and SAP is a plus Good knowledge of English is required, French is a plus Additional information.
