LEAN COORDINATOR

Provides leadership mentoring training to all levels of the organization on the use and practice of Lean methodology and tools VSM, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Design for Lean, VMDM, A3


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Coordinate and support Corporate Lean Programs Policies on Site
Prepare Lean Deployment across the site events planning, targets based on Business current opportunities through all levels of the Organization
Deliver training in the PPI Business System such as lean leadership, value stream mapping, kaizen, daily management, waste and variation elimination, material flow, standard work, cellular flow, SMED, 5S, visual management, lean sourcing, lean office, builtin quality
Must meet all Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements applicable to projects and processes developed
Engage and inspire across departments through improvements

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional problemsolver, able to work on highly complex problems requiring analytical, conceptual and quantitative ability
Good at mentor and developing people and organizations
Good experience in projects management dealing with implementing improvement methodologies
Strong manufacturing experience with deep LEAN knowledge
