KINDERGARTEN TEACHER

General objective of the position:* To encourage young children's learning, promote oral and written language development, support their physical, emotional, communicative, social, and cognitive development; and identify students' skills, abilities, interests, and needs for their holistic development.
The teacher  who holds the position must comply with the following* responsibilities:* * Complete weekly planning and turn it in every Thursday.
* Collaboratively plan the IB unit of inquiry * Complete the course assigned monthly.
* Monitor and document students’ learning * Adapt curriculum content and strategies for all students in the class * Prepare for observation and\/or monitoring visits * Know and implement the learning philosophy through the play of the IB program * Foster a culture of Respect, tolerance, equity, empathy, and cooperation.
* Create a learning culture that supports the mission, vision, and philosophy*.
