This will be very hands-on Training.

We will instruct and train you on the latest Development tools to become a best-in-class consultant through our proven method and program, capable of delivering end-client deliverables, through our paid, 8-week training course · Customized Support.
Several teams will be ready to support and collaborate with you in a custom-tailored way; this includes our teams of Development Managers, Tech Subject Manager Experts, Project Deliverable Support, Corporate Trainers, Interview Coaches, Client Placement Specialists, and Immigration Specialists (for our foreign national candidates) · Project Placement.

You will gain necessary industry experience to drive and propel your technical profession forward for many years! What You Bring to the Role · At least 12 months of programming experience.
· 3-5 years of company work experience with 2 of those years being within IT or having 3 years of relevant experience working with OOP.
· Great interview skills as you will be interviewing with many companies and leads in the tech industry.
· Code skills in Object Oriented Language.
Must have the knowledge and know-how to code.
Must have the basics of OOP (object-oriented programming) concepts.
Basics understanding of data structures (Stack, Queues) · Self-directed and comfortable supporting the needs of multiple teams, systems, and products.
· Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent quantitative field · Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
· Availability to relocate to Atlanta Georgia and after, travel (80% after the Training portion) and live in the U.

· Ability to communicate the logic behind technical decisions to non-tech stakeholders.
· Knowledge of Agile Methodology.
