esponsibilities:· Prospecting Clients in the US Market.
Identifying and reaching out potential clients in the United States.· Building Solid Business Relationships.
Developing and nurturing strong business relationships and exploring new opportunities.· Evaluating clients' skills, experience, and culture fit for positions in Latin America.· Preparing Proposals; Collaborating with management to create economic proposals for potential clients.· Account Management.
Handling account closures, drafting contracts, and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.· Market Research.· Generating Client Pipeline.
Maintaining and expanding an active pipeline of prospects and clients.· Supporting internal Recruitment team· Sourcing and Screening Candidates.
Using various tools to identify potential candidates who match our needs.
equirements:· Experience in Tech Industry· Business Development.
Experience or interest in developing business relationships and prospecting clients in the US market.· Candidate Screening Skills.
Desirable knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening.· Excellent Communication.
Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
