Your day to day? As an IT Solution Design Analyst, you will work closely with multiple development, infrastructure, and product teams to define and test solutions within our core systems.
You will participate in the definition and implementation of Solution Design best practices and processes.
You will be a core team member for the Solution Design team focused on customer onboarding, system enhancements and strategic initiatives.
We will ensure that product changes satisfy requirements, functional specifications meet organizational standards and are ready for production.

Be obsessed with delivering high quality products and services within tight timelines Document flow charts, diagrams, technical specifications, test plans/scripts, systems guide Lead business and technical discussions with internal and external customers, including EDI messaging and data integration and field level mapping as well as implementation requirements Recommend systems, configuration, operational flows associated with in-house and external applications Support system integration and user acceptance testing activities Support pre-sales activities including systems recommendation and estimation of IT related efforts/cost Highly organized with strong oral and written skills.
Advanced problem-solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Strong experience working in logistics, transportation or warehousing environment in a business/system analyst role, and experience with implementation, execution, and support of warehouse management systems (WMS) or Transportation Management systems (TMS).
Experience with Transload/XDocking operations helpful.
Technical background or project role including report writing, application configuration, scripting, release management, EDI integration (X12, XML, API, JSON), level 2 / 3 application support highly desirable Ability to collaborate with various teams across the organization including development, QA, Operations, program managers, implementation managers, as well as customer team members to address requirements, technical data integration/interfaces, testing planning and execution, deployment planning and post implementation support/training.
Comfortable conducting / leading sessions in person, or in video or phone conference calls with ability to navigate discussions leading to next steps / deliverables, with ability to negotiate and solicit tradeoffs while still satisfying main objectives.
College degree required.
STEM major preferred Project Management experience a plus Experience with data integration projects a plus Programming background desirable.
MS-SQL familiarity required Experience using JIRA is a plus We Offer.
