IT SECURITY ANALYST

IT Security Analyst   Description :    The position involves reviewing , analyzing , and assessing information technology systems operations with a focus on Information Security. The role serves as a liaison between Information Security and various departments such as Infrastructure , Networking , and Data Op erations . The primary responsibilities include identifying , documenting , reporting , and tracking vulnerabilities , as well as presenting findings to Senior Leadership . This role also supports Information Security as part of business as usual (BAU) activities .   Shift Requirements : The position is fully remote in Mexico   Job Responsibilities :   Review and analyze information technology operations .   Determine user needs and requirements to recommend improvements to systems .   Serve as the primary point of contact between Information Security and other departments .   Relay findings and act as the point of contact for verification of discoveries through scanning tools .   Identify , document , report , and track vulnerabilities , make presentations for weekly forums with Senior Leadership and other relevant SME stakeholders .   Support Information Security team as needed as part of BAU.   Qualifications :   3-5 years of Information Security experience .   Experience with Qualys vulnerability management tool or similar vulnerability scanning tools .   Proven ability to track vulnerabilities from discovery to remediation while collaborating with infrastructure counterparts .   Excellent presentation skills using Excel and PowerPoint.   Capable of tracking vulnerabilities proactively from discovery to remediation while working with infrastructure counterparts .   Nice-to-Haves :   Power BI or IT infrastructure background knowledge .   Cloud computing skills .   Prior experience within the financial sector working with large data center operations with 1000+ servers and 1000+ endpoint devices .   Windows OS/Linux experience .   Soft Skills :   Excellent communication and presentation skills .   Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively .   Benefits: 20 vacation days per year Aguinaldo Superior Grocery Vouchers SGMMm Learning Platform
