The Oracle SaaS Compliance team is looking for aProject Manager,support our portfolio of high-visibility projects.
This candidate should be a self-starter that embraces ambiguity, with the ability to influence across organizations, and the willingness to roll up sleeves to operate in a dynamic environment.
he ideal candidate is someone with prior history of optimally running complex projects and engaging with cross-functional teams and numerous collaborators up to senior levels.

ead cloud audit operations projects from start to finish.
reate project timelines/schedules.
ommunicate status & progress updates regularly to all team members.
onitor project dependencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and on-time delivery.
rganize cross-team project activities that balance both the business and technical needs.
dentify and handle risks, issues and decisions made within audit project.
ring up project critical issues and risks to leadership as needed.
rovide updates to leadership highlighting mitigations to critical issues and risks to the project.
nsure all audit tasks are appropriately assigned through SaaS Compliance tooling (OSCAR, JIRA, Confluence)Lead audit work schedules to keep teams focused on a predictable audit completion.
dentify project resource constraints and work with leadership to resolve.
reate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure priority is assigned to projects.
nderstand and apply the DevSecOps model.

niversity/college degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related major.
-5 years handling projects spanning multiple teams and organizations.
