Your Tasks You support users in whole Americas in the Sales Order, Supply Chain and Finance area You analyze issues and advice the effected departments on steps to solve problems You inform second level support teams about issues that need changes in ERP or middle-ware systems You analyze existing processes according to local and international requirements and support users in training / adaption You contribute to global projects and subprojects with a focus on waterfall and agile working methods You keep close contact with Implementation Managers to make sure that Beiersdorf guidelines are followed Your Profile You have a degree in computer science or business administration or a comparable qualification You have gained first professional experience in consulting or a similar working environment You are experienced in agile and waterfall projects You have gained experience in the whole ANSI X12 message are You enjoy varied and demanding tasks in the project environment You feel enthusiastic about innovations and their implementation You have an international mindset and the capability to work in globally operating teams Your English is excellent Additional information We embrace Diversity and Inclusion and are committed to providing equal opportunities to all of our applicants – regardless of race, gender, age, religion and beliefs, sexual orientation and gender identity, disability, cultural, ethnic or national origins.
