Digital Industries Software leads the creation of innovative software solutions that help businesses achieve their goals.
We are looking for dedicated part-time student interns skilled in full-stack Java development who are interested in integrating artificial intelligence (AI).
This role includes software development and maintaining our systems to ensure they are stable and run efficiently.
Brief job description.
As a Part-Time Full-Stack Developer Intern, you will build, improve, and maintain web applications crucial to our business operations.
You will also need to ensure these applications work well after they are released.
Your role also involves working with our team to add AI and Machine Learning (ML) to our products, making them better and easier to use.
What are my Responsibilities? Create, improve, and maintain web applications, focusing on introducing new features and ensuring the stability of existing systems.
Take part in software maintenance after release to ensure systems operate without issues.
Work with the development team to integrate AI and ML technologies, improving our applications' functionality and user experience.
Identify and solve technical problems, including fixing errors and updating software.
Aid in improving our development and operational procedures, looking for ways to make them more efficient.
Document all development and operational steps clearly so the team understands how our systems and maintenance work.
Be actively involved in agile development methods, including planning, daily meetings, and reviews, and offer constructive suggestions for overcoming operational challenges.
What do I need to qualify for this job? You must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field related to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
You should have experience or a strong interest in full-stack development, mainly using Java and frameworks like Spring, Angular, or React.
Be eager to learn and use AI and ML in real-world situations.
Understand the basics of software operations, such as monitoring, troubleshooting, and updating software.
Have excellent problem-solving skills to handle both development and operational issues.
Possess strong communication skills to explain technical problems and solutions to your team clearly.
You must be able to manage part-time work along with your studies, showing commitment to both learning and contributing to our team.
