This position is based in Mexico City, but will focus on a high end luxury hotel project in Costa Rica.
\u003Cb>What the job involves\u003C/b> \u003Cbr /> \u003Cbr /> \u003Cul> \u003Cli>Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to complete construction in a timely matter\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Perform site visits and review the completeness of the construction and infrastructure of the project\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Assist in the preparation of investment memos, presentation materials, various reports, and dashboards\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Coordinate due diligence for investors, lenders, and or funding sources\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Analyze financial statements, valuation models, and other investment metrics to evaluate the attractiveness of potential investments\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Keep track of market trends, opportunities, risks and new investment opportunities\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Update and create monthly, quarterly, or annual reports to investors and stakeholders\u003C/li> \u003C/ul> \u003Cb>Who we are looking for\u003C/b> \u003Cbr /> \u003Cbr /> \u003Cul> \u003Cli>Experience in the hospitality and luxury real estate sector\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Bachelor's degree in industrial or civil engineering, or related field \u003C/li> \u003Cli>Team worker, organized, pro-active and detail oriented\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Available for travelling\u003C/li> \u003C/ul> \u003Cbr /> Save role \u003Cbr /> \u003Cbr /> Log in to apply \u003Cbr /> \u003Cbr />
