INSURANCE BUSINESS ANALYST LEAD

The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for working directly with customers to facilitate and discover policy administration business requirements and document those requirements for the specific project initiative.
Must be able to work independently as this is a full-time remote position for Latin America.
Some travel required.
Must Haves.
Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent job experience 3+ years’ experience working in Insurance policy administration Understanding of full insurance policy lifecycle Working knowledge of insurance and/or annuity products Strong customer facing skills including written and oral communication and presentations Critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills Self-starter willing to take initiative to learn new things, ask questions, work independently, and participate in self-directed learning Bi-lingual, including both written and spoken mastery of English and Spanish Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 50% Nice to Haves.
Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle LOMA certification Primary Responsibilities.
Work with customers during discovery to capture, review and document all business requirements Capture business capability matrix, detailed requirements, user stories, business rules, etc.
Enforce Business Analysis standards, templates, and processes Support the delivery of the Business Architecture by partnering with stakeholders and functional lead(s) to identify business process issues and capability needs Liaise between technical and non-technical resource team members to answer day to day business questions either directly or indirectly as supported by the Business Leads and SMEs Work with QA and Business SMEs to ensure requirements traceability and coverage within test cases Create communication and training materials, as needed Provide support during end user training, prior to production deployments, and post production deployment, as needed Promote change management principles with executives, senior leaders, managers, and supervisors to influence, build relationships, and manage resistance Assist in translating requirements and other correspondence from Spanish to English and from English to Spanish Maintain a focus on customer success, interacting with customers at all job levels As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow’s technology to tackle today’s problems.
