IAM MANAGER
The identity and Access Management ( IAM) Manager will be responsible to ensure that all Identity, Privilege and Access management operates efficiently, reliably and in compliance with required regulations, policies, and processes to support FCB's Business , security & integrity of the IT operations
ACTIVITIES
* Discover , refine and analyze customer requirements.
* Collaborate with the Architects, Service Delivery Manager, Project Managers and others relative to the IAM deployment plans
* Determine the optimal IAM desing.for the client
* Build , test and support the IAM solutions
* Transfer knowledge as appropriate to the client
* Develop relationships with key IAM/PAM vendors to expand OCD Tech's knowledge on key products and track future roadmaps
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
* 3-5 years of experience in identity management
* Considered an expert in one of the following IAM tools (Auth0,AWS IAM,Azure AD, IBM IAM,Okta, ORACLE Identity ,Management, Ping or Sailpoint)
* 2+ Years of full lifecycle experience in the deployment of an Industry standard IAM solution.
COMPETENCIES , SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* 3- 5 Years of experience in identity Management
* Good Organization and planning skills
* Advance level English
* Technical English is required
* Highly motivated , drivenand willing to work independently while receiving instruction through supervision in highly regulated environment
* Proactive
* Teamwork
