We're looking for a skilled HR Coordinator to ensure the effective implementation of our HR policies and provide outstanding services to our people in CSP MX.
You are the ideal candidate if you have a passion for personnel management and are committed to fostering a positive work environment through excellent administrative and compliance practices.
What you'll do for us Develop and oversee HR policies and procedures that effectively manage personnel while meeting both local and global Coca-Cola Company requirements.
Manage personal administration duties, ensuring precise employee records while handling payroll, compensation, headcount, and people cost reports.
Collaborate with HR Operations and Centers of Expertise to provide comprehensive benefits plans, enhancing the overall employee experience.
Offer advice on compensation, benefits, and incentive programs, and actively participate in the promotion and recognition processes.
Resolve incidents swiftly and handle employee relations matters with sensitivity.
Uphold the Coca-Cola Company's Global Human Rights Policy, ensuring all services are compliant and employees are treated with respect.
Facilitate employee orientation, creating a warm and welcoming onboarding experience for new team members.
What are the qualifications needed At least 2 years of experience in HR roles focused on personnel administration, labor relations, compensation and benefits, staffing, and occupational health.
Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills.
A knack for negotiation, conflict resolution, and organizational effectiveness.
A bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with proficiency in English.
Understanding and respect for cultural diversity are vital, as is the ability to create consistent HR programs throughout our organization.
Desirable skills.
Data Analytics, Project Management, Change Management, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Leadership qualities, customer focus, innovation, results delivery, and the ability to collaborate and share good ideas within our global system.
