HSE COORDINATOR

Job Title.
Health and Safety Specialist Job Summary.
The Health and Safety Specialist will run the daily functions in ensuring compliance with (HSE) Health, Safety and Environment regulation in México, including but not limited to implement, coordinate and execute all the Health, Safety and Environment plans, programs and procedures for the factory.
Duties/Responsibilities.
·        Implement safety, health & environment programs ·        Create accident prevention procedures ·        Coordinate training programs for health, safety and environment ·        Process the Safety and Environment licenses and permits form government ·        Attention to Safety, Health and Environment inspections from government ·        Do the internal inspection tours in the factory ·        investigate incidents, accidents and occupational diseases ·        Determinate the safety and protection equipment for the workers ·        make accident statistics and reports ·        train to new staff about safety rules in the factory Required Skills/Abilities.
·        Bilingual in Spanish and English language.
·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
·        Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
·        Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
·        Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
·        Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Education and Experience.
·        Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related.
·        At least five (5) years of experience as a Health and Safety Specialist in Factory Location.
