HR PROJECT MANAGER - GLOBAL TALENT OPERATIONS CENTER (GTOC)

This position is part of our Global Talent Operations Center (GTOC) team which runs the infrastructure to deliver an outstanding talent experience from hire to retire.
This role will be a key player in the evolution of our enablement function.
You are expected to understand and establish connections between various programs and processes within our Talent team and ensure their effective operation.
Collaborating closely with our Talent Operations team, you will identify, measure, and rank projects according to priority.
Utilizing your expertise in project management and process enhancement, you will spearhead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing our operational efficiency.

ct as the GTOC representative for new program launches and cyclical programs across Talent, managing the intake of new global projects, overseeing program enhancements, evaluating project feasibility, and assigning resources.
hampion process improvement by identifying and implementing opportunities for streamlining, automation, and enhancement, and by integrating GTOC services into other business units’ workflows.
erve as the primary point of contact across different time zones for all global project-related queries and coordination, rapidly troubleshooting any functional and technical issues in collaboration with HR, end users, and partner teams.
rack and analyze Talent Operations KPIs to propose actionable enhancements and monitor process efficiency while ensuring adherence to the control landscape and acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
ollaborate with Global Talent Operations Center Leaders and Program and Project leads to enhance the overall delivery of the shared service center, manage the center-wide project agenda, and address service center issues proactively.
rive a continuous improvement agenda by setting efficiency directions, identifying automation opportunities, designing solutions, and overseeing their implementation.
efine, manage, and deliver the Shared Services training agenda, ensuring effective training documentation management.
versee the management and publishing of performance reporting dashboards, analyzing the delivery performance of the people services organization and identifying recurring issues.
andle the intake process of new procedures to be transferred to the GTOC team and oversee the development, distribution, and collection of responses for employee experience satisfaction surveys.

xperienced in HR systems and project management, with a minimum of 4+ years, and proficient in Workday (employee lifecycle management transactions, data accuracy controls, and mass upload execution).

You have proven hands-on experience in creating, analyzing, and optimizing process maps.

You're proficient in tools that eliminate manual steps from HR processes by automating and integrating them for greater operational efficiency.
