Description Location.
Mexico CityThis Group Sales Manager position is based inMexico City and represents Andaz Mayakoba.
The position prospects and sells to individual corporate accounts and 3rd parties on behalf of the hotel in accordance with the objectives established in the marketing plan.
The Manager will ensure that sales activities, top accounts and bookings are strategically focused on maximizing revenue.
e are looking for an energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and have a passion for service and hospitality.
Responsibilities Include.
ctively prospect new group business opportunities that fit the target market of the resort.
Planning and execution of weekly and monthly sales presentations and client entertainment within CDMX and other regions.
evelop sales offers and promotions to help drive awareness within the Mexican market.
evelop strong understanding of key competitors in order to be able to confidently sell against them.
evelop understanding and proficency using Envision to build group blocks.
tilize Envision sales system to log daily, weekly and monthly sales activities.
ravel to the resort to conduct client site inspections when necessary.
omplete quarterly account roadmaps defining strategies and tactics for target accountsUnderstanding of the monthly and annual Group Sales budget.
Understanding and management of monthly and yearly expense budget.
ccurately forecast expense Budget for future months.
n rotating basis, monitor lead in-box and distribute leads to appropriate sales manager.
ualifications Preferred Qualifications and SkillsWe are looking for an individual who possesses solid selling and interpersonal skills and who demonstrates the energy and commitment to meet and exceed personal goals.
he applicant will have a proven record of accomplishment in pursuing, evaluating soliciting, selling and confirming business as required in order to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales revenues.
pplicants to have 2 years previous experienceTravel is required; mostly within MexicoAbility to communicate, written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
uccessful candidates must possess legal work authorization in Mexico.
