The Global Training and Quality Manager will work in a matrix organisation with the local Training & Quality Teams, leading and supporting training initiatives.
You will be responsible for the design of regional training content, the handover to the local trainers, the quality of training delivery and the assessment of training impact.

Engage in stakeholder management with client and internal teams Present knowledge in business reviews and/or other meetings or presentations Lead, develop and coach a team of Quality Analysts in line with our global Quality Strategy and regional requirements Manage our local QA-team in a matrix management organisation, where local management has the key responsibility for line management duties Your qualifications and experience This role is a great match if you have.
