Your opportunity We’re looking for a Free-Trade Agreement Analyst to join our Global Trade COE NAM team in Monterrey.
As a Free-Trade Agreement Analyst you’ll be responsible for performs free-trade agreement (FTA) analysis (e.
., USMCA, MX-Colombia, EU-MX), and post-entry activities as needed, or HS Determination based on a deeply technical analysis.

If you match this description, get in touch! What you’ll do Execute FTA solicitation and qualification, ensuring all necessary documentation is retained to ensure full compliance.
Ability to fully explain the rules of the FTA to internal customers, detailing why a particular item qualifies or does not qualify for the FTA.
Prepare all documentation needed to assist with Pre and Post Entry activities such as CF28, CF29, protests, refunds, drawback, Post entry amendments.
What you’ll need Bachelor’s degree required.
Fluent English is MANDATORY.
3-5 years’ experience as Trade Analyst.
Microsoft Suite skills required.
Self-starter/Highly motivated, team player, able to work in a close team setting.
Excellent organization and analytical skills.
Able to work within tight time constraints.
Effective communication skills.
Decision Quality Skill and influence other.
