Job description.
This person will be working for the first contact department taking inbound calls from the front desk at doctors' offices.
Qualifications.
Detail oriented and organized.
Previous call center experience of at least 1 year (in the same company) Customer service experience of around 2 to 3 years would be preferable This position requires people who are tech savvy and are skilled in Microsoft, teams and outlook.
A proficient English level is required with as little accent as possible and with great reading comprehension skills since they will have to read and understand clients' profiles as they are attending calls What we offer.
