Financial Planning Analyst Requirements.
Lic.
Accounting, Finance or similar Advanced English (reports to the United States) Minimum of 1 year experience as a financial analyst.
Knowledge of advanced office parcel delivery Ability to work independently and as a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and appropriately manage priorities.
Experience with Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI is an advantage Activities.
Guarantee, generate and send monthly reports that the Finance area requests (income, Head Count Report and Aging Balance, Cash Flow.

Preparation of annual and monthly planning by business unit.
Ensure and monitor the management of the annual budgets of all areas of ALTEN México, taking into account the comments of general management as well as their approval, all in order to take care of the financial health of the company.
Support strategic financial analyzes for internal decision making and ensure that adjustments detected internally are recorded in accounting.
Support in the monitoring of Business Manager bonuses (bonus agreement).
Participate in the internal initiatives of ALTEN Mexico.
Monitoring of Policies, Procedures and applicable work instructions established in the Quality Management System.
