Job Overview

Ares Technology, a leading technology company, is in search of a dedicated and detailoriented Financial Analyst to join our company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing investment analysis, assessing Return on Investment ROI, and meticulously tracking revenue and expenses. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will provide support to the Operations Director and CEO in administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
Investment Analysis and ROI
Conduct thorough investment analysis to guide strategic financial decisions.
Evaluate and assess the Return on Investment ROI for various projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather data and insights for financial projections.
Financial Planning and Analysis
Develop and maintain financial models to support longterm business planning.
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget, providing insights into variances.
Identify key financial trends and propose recommendations for improvement.
Budgeting and Forecasting
Work closely with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
Track actual performance against budgets and provide regular reports to leadership.
Make proactive recommendations for budget adjustments based on performance analysis.
Expense Management
Maintain a comprehensive record of all expenses and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
Track software licenses, ensuring accurate recording and optimization of licensing costs.
Identify costsaving opportunities and support costcontrol initiatives.
Revenue Tracking
Monitor and analyze revenue streams, providing insights into key performance indicators.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
Track software licenses revenue, ensuring accurate recording and optimization of revenue generation from software assets.
Administrative Support
Assist the Finance and Operations Director and CEO with administrative tasks as needed.
Participate in adhoc projects requiring financial input and analysis.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications CFA, CPA is a plus.
Proven experience X years as a Financial Analyst, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
Strong understanding of financial principles, investment analysis, and ROI metrics.
Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
