¿Qué harás como Financial Analyst Jr, FP&A Transformation? Este rol reporta al Gerente de Finanzas, Transformación de FP&A dentro del departamento de FP&A que apoya el programa de transformación Cost Take Out to Grow (CTO2Grow) y el proceso de Gestión de Proyectos de Capital.
Este rol tendrá una relación de reporte indirecta con el Vicepresidente de Rendimiento Empresarial y el Director Ejecutivo de Finanzas de Cadena de Suministro Global.
¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades? - Dar soporte a la administración de los sistemas Wave (Transformación) y PPM (Capital).
- Agregar y probar nuevas opciones en campos y listas desplegables en entornos de sandbox y producción.
- Gestionar usuarios y procesar solicitudes elevadas para ambos sistemas.
- Apoyar a los propietarios de iniciativas como experto en Wave y PPM, proporcionando capacitación según sea necesario.
- Interactuar y apoyar a los propietarios de iniciativas, líderes de grupos de trabajo y liderazgo de programas/procesos.
- Publicar extractos de datos, crear informes y actualizar a los líderes de grupos de trabajo sobre nuevos desarrollos en informes.
- Garantizar la precisión de los datos en todos los informes y su idoneidad para el contexto empresarial.
- Mantener la consistencia en los informes a nivel de iniciativa, nivel de grupo de trabajo y programa de transformación.
- Explorar los datos en Wave y PPM, comunicando discrepancias y actualizando sistemas según sea necesario.
- Hacer seguimiento con el equipo sobre acciones abiertas y resaltar elementos que requieran atención del liderazgo.
- Mantener conjuntos de datos e informes, modificándolos cuando cambien las estructuras de datos subyacentes.
- Construir nuevos procesos analíticos y documentar procedimientos operativos estándar.
- Impulsar la adopción de Power BI y Power Automate para mejorar los análisis y la automatización de informes.
¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito? Experiencia laboral, preferiblemente en un entorno de finanzas corporativas multinacional.
Inglés avanzado conversacional (tiene que interactuar con el equipo de USA, como actividad principal) Experiencia con SAP, BIA / B4P / HANA y OneStream (o similar, como Hyperion).
Habilidades sólidas de modelado utilizando Excel, VBA o Power Query.
Familiaridad con herramientas de visualización de datos como Tableau o Power BI es una ventaja.
