FINANCE ANALYST - SUPPLY CHAIN & OPERATIONS

You’ll be responsible for all of the plant’s cost finance analysis.
This hybrid role is located in Queretaro, Mexico, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days /2 days at home office – subject to change.
Based on your performance, you’ll have the opportunity to grow in your role.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing      Provide guidelines in accounting and administrative process and corporate policies.
focusing on the fulfillment of key controls, corporate policies, internal procedures, statutory requirements, and provide financial education to the organization.
Coordinate End to End COGS processes, such as.
Budget, ICPs Outlooks, Month end close, savings, reporting, analysis, etc.
Spread knowledge and promote best-practice sharing across the team.
Coach team members, provide feedback, promote teamwork, create and environment which fosters professional growth and challenge individuals to develop their capabilities.
Solve critical and complex Supply Chain (SCH) processes and service delivery issues.
Generate proposals for issues solving.
We’re Looking for Someone With     Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance related.
COGS budget experience at least 3 years.
Financial Planning and Analysis.
SAP and Excel knowledge.
Supply Chain Transactions.
Plants performance knowledge and costing experience.
Fluent conversational English & people management.
