\r\n \r\n Responsibilities \r\n \r\n Ensure the integration and review of supports that support the work carried out in the well according to the scope of the corresponding contract and/or commercial agreement; in accordance with the client's requirements, in order to expedite the reconciliation with the client and effectively obtain the issuance of the document that allows billing in less time, boosting the cash flow and reducing the company's DTI.

\r\n\t Interact with field engineers to clarify doubts and/or request corrections, as well as to request documentary progress.
\r\n\t Prepare estimate formats according to the specific requirements of each client.
\r\n\t Prepare and Update Financial Physical Control.
\r\n\t Review and integrate supports for recognition at the end of the month, generating revenue DTs and preparing PDF files in Teams.
\r\n\t Reconcile items and volumes for billing with the client.
\r\n\t Follow up on the issuance of purchase orders adjusted according to the reconciled volumes.
\r\n\t Ask the client for the payment document.
\r\n\t Request and ensure monitoring of the National Content Charter.
\r\n\t Prepare and monitor Routings.
\r\n\t Frequent visit to the client's offices.
\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n Qualifications \r\n\r\n \r\n\t Graduation.
\r\n\t Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a contract administration position or related field.
\r\n\t Experience in document review and data control.
\r\n\t Previous experience in customer service, good communication skills.
\r\n\t Intermediate English level.
\r\n\t Understanding of payment monitoring issues.
\r\n\t Teamwork and results orientation.
\r\n\t Fully functional in Microsoft Office.
\r\n\t Knowledge of integration and month-end review.
\r\n\t Be Proactive, demonstrate a good attitude.
