rovide technical support to operations or other development teams by troubleshooting, debugging, and solving critical issues in the production environment in a timely manner to minimize user and revenue impact.

rovide technical leadership, mentoring, or coaching to software or systems engineering teams that are distributed across geographic locations.
Proactively share knowledge and best practices on using new and emerging technologies across all the development and testing groups.
reates and maintains all required technical documentation \/ manual related to assigned components to ensure supportability.

ou are fit for the role of an Engineering Lead – Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) if you have.
+ years of experience handling and leading development projects involving Adobe Experience Manager – experience with AEM as a Cloud Service is preferred.
trong Knowledge of architecture & infrastructure considerations for AEM Sites and AssetsExperience in application and enterprise architecture, systems integration, and development with knowledge of interactive design specifically AEMKnowledge on AWS services and management, including Serverless, Container, Queueing, and Monitoring services.
ood knowledge and understanding of CICD (continuous Integration and continuous delivery) concepts and version controlling (Git, GitHub)Good knowledge and understanding of Datadog Monitoring \/ similar monitoring tools, Cloud automation tools CloudFormation \/ Terraform and build and deployment tools like Jenkins\/ GitHub runners etc.
trong working knowledge with Analysis, Design, and Implementation including SOA, Web services, XML\/HTTP, REST HTML, Servlets and APIsExperience integrating with enterprise business systems like SAP, Salesforce via Middleware such as Dell BoomiKnowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) concepts to effectively leverage AEM.
