If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Human Resources team as an Employee Relations Manager.
You’ll be responsible for promoting a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and policies, and fostering healthy relationships between employees and the organization.
You will contribute to overall organizational success and employee satisfaction.
Focus on internal relations among all employees.
Provide consulting and coaching services to our People Managers on how they can effectively create and maintain relationships with employees.
As well as ensures the understanding of the Company´s policies, rules, and labor law, so that they are followed fairly and consistently.
This hybrid role is located in Querétaro with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week / 2 days at home office – subject to change.
Based on your performance, you’ll have the opportunity to grow in your role.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing   Consultation Services.
Provides consultation to varying levels of management and organizational stakeholders regarding employee relations matters, including performance management, business conduct, terminations, restructures, and HR policies, guidelines, and practices.
Policy Interpretation and Coaching.
Research and investigate concerns and provides coaching and recommendations to people leaders and employees in accordance with company policies, guidelines, and applicable laws that effectively promote positive employee relations.
Support for People Managers.
Assists people managers in drafting and approving corrective action, performance management/improvement, and separation documentation.
Confidential Workplace Investigations.
Conducts confidential internal workplace investigations into employee complaints, misconduct, or policy violations by gathering data, interviewing involved parties, and documenting findings in a case management system.
Collaborates with stakeholders and engages corporate legal for case review.
Training Development and Delivery.
Develops materials and delivers employee relations training on Human Resources best practices across Kellanova Latin America.
We’re Looking for Someone With   Bachelor’s degree.
8+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
Knowledgeable of federal, state, and local employment and labor laws.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills indicative of the ability to convey information in an accurate, clear, and concise manner, both in English & Spanish.
Ability to work through multiple employee relations issues simultaneously with an attention to detail identifying priority issues based on business needs and maintaining confidentiality.
