About the Role.

08 About the Role.
You are a top-class desktop publisher and information designer with a keen eye for layout.
In this role, you will collaborate with content editors to create charts, data visualizations and graphics and compiling them into daily, weekly and monthly PDF newsletters using Adobe CC software.
You will create stunning documents using Commodity Insights in-house content management systems in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Time management and a sense of urgency are just as critical as a keen eye for design and strong software skills.
The Team.
The Content Design team is a small, dedicated group based in the UK, India, Brazil, Singapore and the US designing thousands of graphics a year distributed across the 100 different publications we deliver.
Your focus will be on compiling our content into our range of publications.
Responsibilities and Impact.
This is a key function in Commodity Insights newsletter and market reports offering, forming part of the Business Operations Group.
You participate directly in the creation and delivery of our premium periodical publications.
Layout daily, weekly, and monthly newsletters working closely with editor(s) Design of charts and tables Ensure relevant tables, graphics for newsletters are published Meet all relevant delivery deadlines What We’re Looking For.
Required Skills.
You are an Adobe InDesign expert.
You have a working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
You have experience in data visualization.
You have an excellent grasp of English (both oral and written).
Please provide your portfolio or case studies.
Resume in English.

You like working in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
You have experience working in a newsroom or magazine.
You prioritize effectively and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
You learn quickly and work independently with no direct supervision.
You can keep a clear head in a fast-moving working environment.
