Could you be the medical professional we are looking for?   Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your medical knowledge in an Industrial environment where you will be able to implement important health strategies.
You’ll report to Gabriel Solis our EHS Environmental Manager, and work alongside exceptional, enthusiastic and collaborative teammates.
You'll be creating great value as you bring preventive and strategic medical care to one of our most important manufacturing sites in Latin America.
You’ll provide coaching and guideless to our team of nurses and doctors by supporting with the following activities.
Helps to detect situations of risk (stress,...) and offers support to the person or contacts the relevant services Participates in the management of occupational injuries and occupational diseases by assisting managers for analysis of injuries, occupational diseases, and propose action plans.
Informs employees about the risks of accidents and occupational diseases and advises them on preventive measures (work equipment, work postures, PPE,etc.) Manages internal training & Coaching trainees and temporary nurses Establishes health awareness and training programs for staff Implement ergonomic assessment for workstations at shop Participate, organize and stablish wellbeing initiatives (NOM 035 STPS) Design and organize health campaigns and communicate to employees on shop.
