We are currently searching for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
Responsibilities Own accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP standards, including consolidation and reporting Preparare budgets and forecasts provide insightful analysis to support business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall company objectives.
Manage financial audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement robust financial policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and control.
Drive the continuous development and improvement of financial systems and processes, including effective consolidation and reporting mechanisms.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or US CPA is preferred.
5-10 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in public accounting Strong working knowledge ofUS GAAP Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
Experience working with QuickBooks Desired Experience working with NetSuite.
American VISA.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
