Our client is seeking a VP of strategy, portfolio management & transactions to oversee fund and debt raising, corporate finance, M&A and capital markets, as well as the investment portfolio management.
This position is based in Mexico City.
\u003Cb>What the job involves\u003C/b> \u003Cbr /> \u003Cbr /> \u003Cul> \u003Cli>Actively participate in capital raising, deal sourcing, through the investment process until execution\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Work closely with senior management coordinating strategic planning and resource allocation\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Monitor and review reports on progress and performance of the fund\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Support the management team in overseeing strategy, budgeting, risk, talent, compensation, and M&A initiatives\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Take an active part in outlining and implementing the fund's future strategy\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Overlook and analyze assets' performance, ensuring the portfolio is on track, mitigating potential issues\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Represent the fund to the market, to partners and to all applicable stakeholders and relevant authorities\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Build and maintain relationships through the real estate sector and liaise with internal teams\u003C/li> \u003C/ul> \u003Cb>Who we are looking for\u003C/b> \u003Cbr /> \u003Cbr /> \u003Cul> \u003Cli>Experience in the investment process from capital raising to execution\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Solid experience in M&A, portfolio management, and tax\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Strong skills in due diligence, financial modeling, and valuations\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Analytical, organized, and self-driven\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Attention to detail\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish\u003C/li> \u003C/ul> \u003Cbr /> Save role \u003Cbr /> \u003Cbr /> Log in to apply \u003Cbr /> \u003Cbr />
