DEMAND PLANNING SENIOR MANAGER

If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Customer Services & Logistics team as a Demand Planner & Replenishment Senior Manager.
You’ll be responsible of forecasting, analyzing, and managing demand for our products and services.
You need to ensure accurate demand forecasts that drive optimal inventory levels and support overall business objectives.
Key player in the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and in the relationship with customer development and regional supply planning area.
This hybrid role is located in Querétaro with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week / 2 days at home office – subject to change.
Based on your performance, you’ll have the opportunity to grow in your role.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing   Demand Forecasting.
Develop and maintain robust demand forecasts for all product lines, utilizing historical data, market trends, and input from sales and marketing teams.
Demand Analysis.
Conduct thorough analysis of demand patterns, seasonality, and market dynamics to identify key drivers and anticipate demand fluctuations.
Inventory Management.
Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
Performance Monitoring and Process Improvements.
Track forecast accuracy and demand planning KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed and continuously evaluate and enhance demand planning processes and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Risk Management.
Anticipate and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions and demand uncertainties through proactive risk assessment and contingency planning.
We’re Looking for Someone With   Bachelor’s degree.
8+ years of commercial experience in consumer goods organizations.
End to end supply chain business planning experience.
Experience in Change management processes.
Experience on IBP (Integrated business plan) model.
Strategic Selling, Negotiation and Strong Communication skills both in English and Spanish.
