The Team.
Our Inside Sales Team has the unique responsibility to spearhead and communicate any updates to sales policy/workflows and manage the Sales Pipelines for the entire North American Client Coverage team and help in facilitating sales deals by working on sales leads, client inquiries, Salesforce processing, and strategic projects.
Work in full partnership with regional sales representatives, sales specialists, key account managers, and channel managers to help shape our client experience.
You will be partnered with a mentor who will help you navigate this new and exciting role.
Responsibilities and Impact.
The primary purpose of this role is to identify, report, and process unlicensed data leakage.
To thrive in this role, you are excited about data and motivated to find leakage that will ultimately lead to revenue generation.
You will utilize AI and LLMs as well as other tools in conjunction with reviewing agreements and legal documents and comfortable digesting large data sets.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role and must be comfortable in collaborating with key internal stakeholders.
The team works closely to define standards which drives consistent data management practices and works with multiple teams to develop technologies and processes to support data management.
You will have close collaboration with Legal, Commercial Data Services, Finance, Billing, and Client Services teams.
There will also be commercially focused projects/processes for you to deliver in addition to data analysis such as monthly price increases or unlicensed data access review.
You will support the North American Client Coverage team during all stages of the Sales cycle, discovering opportunities for new revenue sources via strategic projects and reporting, working through process improvement exercises, and assisting the management of existing client relationships.
Required responsibilities include, but are not limited to.
Analyze unlicensed data and establish processes, procedures, and protocols to prevent unauthorized access to our data.
Utilize AI and other tools to find opportunities Report unlicensed leakage to commercial management.
Create, maintain a robust pipeline that will generate significant revenue growth for the organization.
Support the strategic vision of enabling data use while protecting data as an asset to the firm and help to promote this culture with the business.
Create and manage project plans, tasks lists and presentations and coordinate cross-functional teams’ requirements.
Partner with our sales team to review client billing and history.
Client Billing & Reporting enquiries Coordinate with Rep and Client regarding licensing inquiries and entitlements Approve updates to client prospectus language.
Effectively collaborate with our local and global internal teams such as Finance, Product Management, Data Product Management, Client Services, Legal, R&D, and Technology Work on both sales and strategic-based projects that assist with general workflow efficiencies.
Monitor usage and keep Sales Representatives up to date with relevant statistics, KPIs and key regional or global initiatives.
Contact existing users based on usage stats, renewals.
Ensure timely execution of all renewals on Sales Representatives’ account list.
What We’re Looking For.
Basic Required Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree Fluency in English First class communication skills – written, verbal and presenting.
Understanding of differing client types (i.
., Banks, Asset Managers, Insurance, etc.) 3+ Years in Industry.
Financial Services preferred.
3+ Years in a Specialty/Discipline.
Client Services, Sales Support, or similar role Additional Preferred Qualifications.
Excellent level of proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce Ability to solve complex problems in a timely and accurate manner for internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to maintain a balanced focus between daily duties and larger scale projects.
Strong analytical abilities to discover discrepancies, potential improvements in workflows and systems, and new revenue-generating opportunities.
Self-starter who can deliver quality results without the need for constant supervision.
Impacts quality, timeliness of results, and client experience of own team and related teams Developed communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information.
Uses judgment based on practice and precedence and accurately defines problems by trying to understand underlying factors/causes.
