DATA ANALYST SR.

MediaMonks is on the hunt for a seasoned Data Analyst Sr.
to join our team! We are looking for a highly skilled person to connect the (data) dots and come up with clear client-friendly narratives of opportunities, hypotheses, issues, etc.
Our Data will be responsible for uncovering insights and planning and implementing learning programs for existing clients, monitoring trends and audiences' behaviors, and finding ways to enhance the general consumer.
Now, about the opportunity.
In the Data position, you will develop social strategies with actionable recommendations in terms of Social Listening and audience profiling.
Additionally, you will be tasked with proposing solutions based on data to connect with our clients.
This is a role where you’ll partner with the creative, social, content and strategy teams.

Responsibilities Work with distributed teams in multiple time zones.
Create and put in place methodologies to interpret people's digital signals, identify their behaviors and interests Develop measurement strategies and accompany his/her team to implement them properly and in coordination with the agency's creative and strategic teams.
Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with content and creative teams to optimize the platform in terms of content, messages, formats and duration, based on the insights and learning that have emerged from the reports.
Develop data strategies and roadmaps to propel client marketing activities forward.
Work with the Cultural and behavioral strategists to develop weekly and monthly trends reports, brand health trackers and audience profiles Enhance the data understanding of other departments of the agency.
Requirements 3+ years’ operating in a Data Strategy (Data Planning) function within a digital or research agency environment.
Process, analyze and understand conversations in digital channels to identify key insights or brand opportunities.
Understanding and mastering of digital metrics.
Analysis of digital and social platforms Experience in monitoring digital and social trends Experience in working with strategy and content teams.
Experience in using data visualization tools.
Presentation, communication and research skills.
High level of English (direct contact with international clients) Excellent spelling, writing and mastery of writing rules, syntax.
Experience working with Campaign Operations teams using Adobe Campaign or similar Social Listening tools (e.
