Budget execution along with achieving revenue targets (that includes attracting new customers and cross-sell and up-sell) Responsibility for local Team, participating in recruitment processes, onboarding and mentoring for the new Team Members, taking care of team satisfaction and effectiveness Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with our Partners, Clients, and local Google Cloud Team Supporting your Team Members in sales process as well as visiting the customers Establishing sales and marketing strategy based on companies business plans Market research and analysis, adapting the sales and marketing strategy to local conditions Planning and implementation of sales and marketing activities tailored to target groups Full ownership of local operations - work closely with CRO, Sales, Marketing and Tech Teams.
Requirements.
Experience as an individual entrepreneur or building the company's structures from scratch Business orientation ideally proven by experience and success track record Managerial experience with building and running the Team as the owner of market operations Excellent Problem-solving attitude Extraordinary negotiation skills in B2B sales channels English language on a very good level (C1+) and Romanian on native level Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization You worked cross-functionally between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing Interest in the technology, especially cloud solutions would be an asset We offer.
