How will you contribute to our magical experience? The Toys regional coordinator is a key position for the growth of the Toys business in LATAM.
The post holder will be responsible for developing and reporting on strategic plans, identifying new business opportunities, challenges, and needs within the LATAM and Global team, as well as our key partners.
The post holder will report findings and provide recommendations to the LATAM Toys’ Teams to inform business decisions to ensure the Disney Toys’ financial targets are continuously achieved.
The Coordinator, Licensing Toys LATAM will be responsible for.
Maintain close collaboration with the Toys’ teams across the LATAM region, sharing key information to develop adequate strategies and action plans for our different territories.
Alignment on those key strategies, expectations, and requests from a product and financial standpoint with each territory (Mexico, Brazil, and CSA).
Participation in our global product line and business reviews with global partners.
Key to provide those insights and the specific needs for our markets.
Work on specific market research and analysis within the different Toy segments.
Identify white spaces and business opportunities to grow our market share and reach financial targets.
Support the product development and marketing teams providing key data for those global and regional product lines that need to be launched in LATAM (Toy trends, price points, competition matrix, etc).
Follow up on forecast analysis from our global and regional licensees.
Pinpoint the differences that need to be aligned between Disney LATAM and the licensees sales projections (e.
.
by territory, franchise and product line).
Responsible for the regional contract administration in a timely manner.
Full involvement on the renewal process and new business negotiations, providing key information to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with all the Toys team members and licensees on business, marketing and retail initiatives to take the business to the next level.
Support and provide the most up-to-date plans related to our key franchise mkt strategies.
What we need from you to be part of this story.
Degree in Business Administration, Financial areas, Marketing, Business Innovation, Consumer Products or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in business Administration, consumer product marketing, analytics, business planning, or similar role.
Experience in Toys or handling global brands (Preferable).
Preferred Industries.
Consumer Products, Entertainment or Licensing.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, PP, Word is required (Ability to learn new systems that will be required in this role).
Advanced level of English is required.
Full capabilities in administration & control, good verbal and communication skills, teamwork, excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, versatile, positive and with proactive and change driven attitude and able to work with a diverse group of stakeholders.
