CONTROLLING SPECIALIST

Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users.
Assist with various internal and external reporting requirements Coordinate financial information with regulatory and head office reporting team requirements.
Compares performance with operating plans and standards, and report and interprets the results of operations.
Review the variations of MFG OH, PPV vs.
STD or Budget Supervision Costing of new products and engineering changes.
Elaboration of the Economic Plan in Detail (Budget / 1Forecast / 2Forecast and Strategic Plan)                                 Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with the approved external auditor.
Coordinate, manage and standardize accounting records.
Review and prepare analysis of financial statements, cost centers and accounts.
Performing month end close responsibilities; post journal entries, accruals analysis and report financials in global consolidating ERP (MARS)                                                               Preparation of reports and analysis in areas such as governmental requirements, statistical reports, cash flow projections and business forecasts                                                          Various projects and AD HOC Analysis as needed.
Track capital expenditures for the Service entity according to budget Support for Internal and External Audits                                                 Provide and monitor financial information for future developments/projects/the investment programmed as required.
Developing effective workflow processes & standard work Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with others and work independently.
Maintain a good working environment with colleagues.
Train & Develop team members ‘potential.
Your Skills & Strenghts   A minimum of 3 years of related experience, automotive environment as plus Financial statements interpretation Product costing experience Advance excel management.
