CONTROLLING AND PLANNING ANALYST

Responsible for performing of process activities in the process section (Division, Function, Country) Executes assigned tasks on time to ensure efficient service delivery; addresses open issues independently and supports resolution; identifies areas for improvement and recommends improvement solutions in the activity areas Ensures application of process standards and procedures Collaborates with the process specialist and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned activities Recommends changes of process standards and procedures to improve the timely performance of process activities Contributes to ensure service delivery of the team is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs Coordination & follow up with various internal and external stakeholders Supports Process Specialist in any additional activities as required Support in ERP implementation Knowledge in Accounting Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business administration Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling Experience of working in service delivery model environment Robust process understanding from the content and technical (IT) perspective Good understanding of business set-up and interconnections Ability to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels Good communication and skills Good problem solving and analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize tasks Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives, focus on details and good analytical skills Detail oriented, structured Technical skills Strong MS Office skills Proficient in IT systems.
ERP, Planning & Reporting tools and integrated solutions Understanding of end-to-end process, systems and data flows across organization at business and finance side Language skills.
Fluent in English, and local language
