Be liable for the signature of Special Systems (or Subsystems) Reports and Assessments.
To be liable for the signature of the Integration Report and Evaluation of the Planned Start-up Tranche Integration.
Contract administration, inspection of document validity and certification of payments.
Address any doubts or questions raised by Contractors and Supervisors about the inspection and audit processes, always complying with the level of independence required by the regulations.
Attend to any doubts or questions that may arise on the part of the future Operator regarding the system validation processes, always in agreement with the client.
Risk management Review and formalize estimates.
Manage the electronic logbook.
Have direct contact with the service resident who will be kept informed to manage and safely operate the railway systems by the contractual requirements in terms of quality of the building sites, completion time and costs.
Achieving the objectives from an economic and technical perspective.
Conduct negotiation and coordination with the client and the work team.
Coordination of test route planning, test operation, access and possession of track sections in the test section/area with the Early Adopter.
Support for the establishment of an appropriate RAM and safety demonstration test plan, procedures and reports to be maintained from the start of the testing and trial operation phase.
Degree in civil engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, telecommunications or a career related to construction projects 5 years of professional expertise in contract and claims management, tender management, negotiation, and coordination of project supervision or testing and commissioning of railway building sites.
5 years of professional expertise in, strategic planning, project management, inspection, and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects.
5 years of professional expertise in rail infrastructure projects.
3 years of professional expertise in railway systems integration/interfaces.
Expertise in systems assurance management, supervision of building sites, testing, and commissioning of railway systems including documentary inspection, audit processes of safety systems, and quality management systems in railway specialties Expertise in dynamic test implementation and train test operations.
