Your role.
You will lead the development and execution of 360° communication planes for the Imaging business at Mesoamerica, based on the LAM business strategies and aligned with the local Sales team needs Ensure consistent brand execution across all marcom material and channels Develop compelling content, strategies and tactics supporting In Vivo marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business priorities Write and edit a variety of communication materials, including stories, social media content, press releases, speeches and internal communications Support and execute business and corporate events, town hall meetings, launchings, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging Responsible for ensuring compliance with internal processes and their operationalization   Your expertise.
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
8+ years of successful experience in a communications role (and developing and executing communication strategies).
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Communicating and writing effectively and with impact, shifting easily from technical or business specifics to effective change vocabulary depending on the intended audience.
English skills (written and spoken) Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Team Collaboration.
Work closely with the internal client to brainstorm ideas, receive feedback, and refine marcom strategies to drive brand awareness and business aims.
Time Management and Project Management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
