COMMERCIAL HRBP MANAGER MEXICO

If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Human Resources team as a Commercial HRBP Manager for Mexico.
You’ll be responsible for drive HR (Human Resources) agenda and execute all HR processes, initiatives and day by day activities across the business (Commercial + Customer Service & Logistics).
Also, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, find the solution through of the partnership with HR COEs (Center of Expertise) and deliver customized solutions and programs to the business according to the strategy and needs.
This hybrid role is located in Querétaro with the expectation to be in the office and/or cedis 2 days per week / 3 days at home office – subject to change.

We’re Looking for Someone With Bachelor’s degree English fluency Consultant HR experience (in organizational development and change management) +5 years of experience in a Human Resources function as HR Business Partner, supporting commercial.
Ability to function independently coupled with the willingness to make decisions based on available data.
