We are looking for a Credit Specialist with Advanced English.
The role of RBU Credit Senior Specialist The role is within the Customer Billing and Cash Team.
The role reports to the RBU Head of Credit Management and may be based on, near or offshore.
Working within a credit control team you will be responsible for sales ledger management and managing the debt, DSO and Overdue ratio for a defined area.
Working as part of a team this position requires strong organizational responsibilities in a highly customer focused way.
You may also be responsible for supervising a small team of credit controllers, including line management, staff training and development, mentoring and appraisals Daily interactions are with internal and external customers, as well as staff at all levels within the business and the support center in India.
What will you be doing  • Preparation, Submission / Presentation of management reports on a weekly / monthly basis as required • To ensure cash is collected in line with customer contractual payment terms.
• To ensure DSO is maintained to an acceptable level.
• To reduce overdue debts.
• To ensure receipts are collected in line with monthly targets.
• Participation in, and management of, RBU factoring process • Organise and chair weekly / bi-weekly overdue calls with wider business, driving actions to improve cash position week over week   Requirements   • Advanced Excel Skills • Sales Ledger experience minimum 3 years • Team player • Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive and forward thinking.
• Customer Centric - identifying and serving needs of external and internal customers.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Flexible "Can do " attitude.
