CLIENT CARE RECEPTIONIST - REMOTE

We are a US based Law Firm looking for Customer Service Reps. We are looking to hire highly motivated, fast learners living in Mexico. Full time availability Mon-Fri between the hours of 6am – 5pm Mexico CST. No weekends!
Requirements:
>>Advanced English - Written and spoken
>>1 year minimum phone experience
>>Positive customer service attitude
>> Self-motivated
>>Strong communication skills and active listening
>>Ability to learn new computer programs and adapt well to change.
>>Equipment requirements: Computer with Windows 8 or higher and quality headset
>>Reliable internet/electricity and quiet work environment ** major internet provider with minimum speeds to 50MB Download, 10MB Upload and a ping of less than 50. (No WiFi Models, local antenna providers or Starlink )

Position available:
>>Receptionist Position
We are currently looking for staff who would be a good fit for our Receptionist team. This position consists of taking calls from current clients, former clients, potential clients and the social security administration. Job duties include screening potential clients, taking messages, transferring calls, sorting inbound faxes and processing documents.
Salary for positions : 11.5000K - 17,000K MXN Pesos Monthly take home pay (at current exchange rate). Each agent earns a base rate plus daily performances bonuses. Each agent also earns quarterly bonuses as well as paid sick time off.
