About the role What you need to know.
The primary purpose of the job is to investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle the most efficient repair process by collecting and analyzing data according to policy application and/or contract provisions.
Determine whether to accept or deny a claim based on all documentation received.
Typical claims include.
File review, auto damage analysis, policy coverages, Investigative considerations, repair negotiation with customer, dealers and body shops.
Re- inspection the process.
Your contribution at AIG The employee will handle Should authorize annual appraisals and supplements and perform at least 400 re-inspections, Supervise KPG bodyshops at local and national level, Provide quality service to clients by following up on preparations and auditing their quality.
Duties and Responsibilities 1.
Functional Responsibilities.
Management key will carry out appraisals to estimate the damage in a risk (OD/PD), carry out claims management, determination of coverage, for a correct estimate.
Ensuring Reporting Broader communication with internal and external stakeholders where required, as a valuer.
Provide technical training to colleagues and external contacts as appropriate.
Help the continuous improvement of the valuation team through quality inspections based on safety, functionality and aesthetics.
Ensure compliance with best practices in KPGs 2.
Accountabilities.
Timely, accurate and client-focused in resolving your claim estimate, minimizing compensation exposure and mitigating legal and supplier expenses.
Effective communication and management of key advanced Auto portfolio messages to internal stakeholders and customers/clients.
The objective of this role is to develop as a car appraiser.

Leadership Skills Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal Good presentation skills and file knowledge Time management – ability to manage & prioritize workload and diary management Ability to contribute effectively within a team environment and with internal/external stakeholders at all levels Ability to assist with technical training to team claim handlers as required Ability to influence claims and non-claims stakeholders to effectively direct claims strategy 4.
Technical Skills and Expertise information What we’re looking for.
Experience.
At least 3 years of claims management (damage appraiser) Medium to advanced knowledge of damage estimation processes Proven experience in managing car repair shops Along with technical skills required for the job, soft skills like effective broker engagement, teamwork, proactive management, effective time management/prioritization, calendar organization.
Effective analytical and attention to detail.
