CASH APPLICATOR

We have an opportunity for a Cash Applicator to join our diverse team.
Cash Applicator will be Responsible for posting of banks in system (SAP) for NAM region.
Supervice the balance of income accounts in SAP for NAM.
Perform analysis and application of payments to keep current customer account, Assist collection with customers in NAM.
Analysis orders management to reduce orders hand release in NAM.
Job Responsibilities Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Post payments of banks of companies NAM and balance of accounts.
(this include USA and Canada in 9 Company Codes).
Clearing of accounts daily Application of payments in all SAP systems.
Conciliation and aplication of credit notes.
Customer Service (internal / External) Closing month process (NAM company code) in income, expense and intercompany accounts Send balance statments to customers weekly in order to reconcile the account and reduce the overdue and Bad Debt Reconcile customer´s balances and provide constant update of account status.
Review unapplied items Post internal payment Cash pool reconciliation Reconciliation of IHB main and clearing accounts Upload of invoices in the portal of customers (if so required) Sox Controls acording to Danfoss Compliance Process check and deposit amount on bank account Escalating non-standard issues, critical collection problems, or High risk issues to the Team Leader/Manager in a timely manner.
Senior Analyst is expected to keep the account managers and credit managers updated.
External Audit Assistant for Finance and Controlling Proof of Delivery for collection and for external or internal Audit.
Clear and reconcile bank and suspense accounts Perform Dunning for customers This will require global communication with multiple sites and many personnel with most issues being resolved with the controllers and AR personnel.

Business degree in Accounting combined with 5+ years of accounting experience is required.
Experience with multinational companies and SAP is required.
Proficiency with Business Intelligence, Hyperion/HFM/EPM, Microsoft Excel and PPT.
