Description Mission.
Generate purchase orders to different suppliers, local and foreign, of products and services, ensuring timely compliance with deliveries and managing imports if required.
Main responsibilities.
Receives purchase order requirements through Hitachi systems and is responsible for generating purchase orders to different suppliers, local and foreign.
Coordinate deliveries with factories on time and in accordance with negotiations.
Updates supplier databases according to their level of compliance.
Monitor and update SCM KPIs.
Participate in quality audits of suppliers.
Support in the development and search of new suppliers.
Participation in external audits to validate compliance with Hitachi's internal standards for SCM tasks.
Management of imports of materials, equipment and accessories.
Your background.
Bachelor or Graduate of.
Industrial Engineering, foreign trade, business administration or related careers.
1 - 2 years of experience in purchasing department.
Advanced level in English required.
Basic level French desirable Basic experience with the fundamentals of contracts and clauses.
Fundamental aspects of purchase orders.
Desirable experience with purchasing electrical projects.
Microsoft Office Intermediate-Advanced Level Knowledge of SAP ERP.
