Experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Technology5+ years of experience working as a Functional, Data or Business AnalystAdvanced skills in MS Tools- Excel, Power Point, Project, Visio, and OutlookCustomer interfacing experience – project oversight, customer presentationWork experience in full systems developmentExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Excellent organizational and people management skillsResponsibilities.
erform feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the applications management team and the Project Manager to prioritize deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalitiesCreate detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and translates it into functionalspecificationsProvide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretationPartners with development and analytic teams to provide reporting on software solutionsParticipate in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality TestingIdentify process improvement opportunitiesDevelop business process models and documentationAssist business in Change Management activities
