Apply now for the position of Business Partner Manager Diagnóstico In Vitro para México, Costa Rica y El Salvador Location.
México, Costa Rica y El Salvador Ensures the implementation of the sales strategy, guidelines and targets in selling assigned products to customers, who sell Siemens products to their own customer base, in order to increase sales and to achieve defined commercial targets.
Your role.
·        Regular review and approval of pricelists (incl Business Partners).
·        Ensures the implementation of Sales guidelines and sets the sales targets for the assigned sales organization.  ·        Develops and proposes sales budgets and growth forecasts, aligned with the sales strategy of the unit(s).  ·        Manages completion of budgets and regular sales reporting.  ·        Defines and allocates resources.
·        Cooperates with Marketing, Product Management and Project Management in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning.  ·        Initiates and contributes to planning of customer related product development measures or the setup of customer related projects.  ·        May support strategic key customers' business development.
·        Manages assigned organizational unit(s) and leads and/or coordinates dedicated management and staff.
Areas of responsibility & Strategic priorities Identifies, analyzes and/or generates customer needs and discusses business and technical specifications, as - or in cooperation with - Key Account Manager responsible or together with technical project manager.
Positions focusing on exploiting local to regional customers opportunities, markets or regions, for assigned product, solution or service portfolio in the various sales channels of Siemens.
Your expertise & Skills ·        > 10 years of experience in leadership roles.
·        Experience with working in an international matrix organization.
·        Advanced management understanding in order to lead and align employees in different workflows.
·        Very good (intercultural) communication and network skills.
·        Excellent in managing and motivating employees.
·        Result and quality orientation.
·        Pro-active attitude (initiative).
·        Analytical skills.
Education & Training ·        Bachelors/Master’s degree in a related area with focus on.
Business Management, Business Administration, Finance ·        Deep professional know-How of In Vitro operational processes, pricing structure, business models, contract structures and contract controlling activities.
·        Demonstrates ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
·        Experience with driving organizational changes ·        Know How of In Vitro operational processes, contract structures and contract controlling activities.
·        Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
